Hi·Lo Creative offers creative services including video, photography, graphic design, AI-enhanced visuals, and branding strategy. Specific terms for your project will be outlined in a Statement of Work, which may include timelines, deliverables, licensing terms, and pricing.

All projects require a 50% deposit to kick things off. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of final delivery (Net 30), unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Each project includes one (1) round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional rounds may be billed separately. If you need to reschedule a shoot, let us know at least 5 business days in advance. Projects paused for more than 30 days without communication may be considered cancelled and subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Unless a full buyout is purchased, Hi·Lo Creative retains ownership of all creative assets and reserves the right to adapt or repurpose content. Clients receive a license for organic social and web use. Separate licenses are available for ads, print, or broadcast.

We sometimes use AI tools to enhance or generate creative assets. These are delivered “as-is” and while commercial use is granted, copyright protection may not always apply.

We keep working files, raw footage, and AI outputs for 180 days after final delivery. After that, files may be deleted or archived. Need long-term storage? Just ask—we offer it for an additional fee.

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary assets (like logos or brand guides). Delays may affect timelines or result in extra charges.

We do our best to deliver top-quality creative, but artistic interpretation is part of the process. We’re not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with creative direction. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

We may request permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio or social channels. If you’d prefer to keep the project private, just say the word—your comfort comes first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal matters will be handled in Ontario courts.
